• near to Bandar Baru Bangi which is rich of facilities
• clay bricks - teguh la sikit kot
• guarded and gated area
• rumors of new commuter station near by (and MRT also), new fly over directly to Bandar Baru Bangi (but need to wait for years)

• Currently 2 access - jalan reko and via Kajang Utama (traffic congestion)
